How does it work?
We will produce a lightly peated, rye, heavily peated, or treacle (rum) new make spirit, then mature 25 or 100 litres of this spirit in a handcrafted Oak barrel for you for a minimum period of 2.5 years.
On maturation, the spirit is ready for bottling and collection
We use the Highest Quality Australian Ingredients
Handcrafted Single Malt Whisky using Voyager Craft Malt, Whitton NSW Australia.
Our Rum is handcrafted, every batch from scratch using 100% Australian Treacle.
